  • Interdisciplinary Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Programs: Brain Injury Specialty Program (Adults) since CRC's inception in 1996.
  • Interdisciplinary Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Programs: Brain Injury Specialty Program (Children and Adolescents) since 2011.

Licensed as a rehabilitation clinic by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
