Licensed as a rehabilitation clinic by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
Medicare certified as a rehabilitation agency.
Active member of the New England Physical Therapy Network (NEPTN).
State credentialed to provide Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services, Individual Support and Community Habilitation (ISCH) services, and Supported Employment (SE) services to eligible participants in the residential and non-residential Home and Community Based Service Waivers for Money Follows the Person (for Persons with Acquired Brain Injury).
