VIRGINIA MILLS, MS, PT, CCM, LicNHA, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Physical Therapy. Former Senior Vice President of Clinical Services at Braintree Hospital Rehabilitation Network. While there, Virginia developed the Neurorehabilitation Services and the internationally recognized Traumatic Brain Injury Conference for 17 years. Virginia is involved in several national associations including the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine and was given The Distinguished Member Award by the Congress in 1997. She has had several publications, numerous presentations, and published a book in 1999 entitled "Neurologic Rehabilitation: A Guide to Diagnosis, Prognosis, and Treatment Planning".
ANN GILLESPIE, MBA, CTRS, Chief Operating Officer. Ann’s career spans twenty
five years both in Chicago, at Marianjoy Rehab Center, and locally at the Braintree Hospital Rehabilitation Network, both as a practicing clinician and as a manager. The last
fifteen years have been devoted to work in the area of Traumatic Brain Injury and the development of the community based brain injury rehabilitation programs. In 1991, Ann received the Professional Merit Award from the Mass Brain Injury Association, served on their Board for four years and continues to remain active on a state and national level. Ann serves on the SHIP (Statewide Head Injury Program) Advisory
Board.
EILEEN BROSNAHAN-CHERNOFF, MBA, RN, LicNHA, Vice President of Professional Relations. Former Vice President of Inpatient Services and previously Director of Admissions at the Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital Network for 17 years, Eileen is known for her work in the areas of patient intake systems,
pre-admisssion assessments, and rehabilitation operations. She has been actively involved in many professional associations, including being the Past President of Mass Association of Healthcare Access Management and presently serves on the Steering Commitee for Women in Healthcare Management and the
Annual Planning Committee for Mass Brain Injury Association.
MEL GLENN, MD, Clinical Medical Director. Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Glenn serves as an advisor and consultant in helping CRC’s management team maintain a high quality of clinical service. Dr. Glenn is the Director of Outpatient and Community Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Boston, MA. He was previously the Chair of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine and Director of Rehabilitation Medicine at Boston Medical Center. Dr. Glen is currently the principle investigator for one of NIDRR's TBI Model Systems Projects in TBI. Along with his other professional affiliations, Dr. Glenn is well known for his numerous presentations and publications, especially in the area of traumatic brain injury.
