Community Rehab Care (CRC) is a
CARF
Accredited for brain injury outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic with three locations in the greater Boston area
including Newton Corner, Medford and Quincy. Community Rehab Care specializes in neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation and serves a
diverse patient population.
Community Rehab Care uses a functional approach in treatment and emphasizes patients regaining their abilities in their living environment and community settings. All three disciplines are represented at CRC including
Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology. AT CRC, we
use a strong interdisciplinary team approach in developing individual plans of
care for each of our clients.
Community rehab care is a member of the New England Physical
Therapy Network (NEPTN), a member of the State office of minority and women in
business assistance group (SOMWBA), and is a contracted provider of services for
the Statewide head Injury Program (SHIP).
It is our belief that
rehabilitation truly measures its success by how well it reintegrates clients into
their own community as productive, well adjusted members of society, despite their physical, functional, or cognitive limitations.
As such, our program focuses its efforts toward achieving this
measure.
