OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS

Community Rehab Care (CRC) is a licensed rehab clinic with three locations in the greater Boston area including Newton Corner, Medford and Quincy. Full and part-time positions are available. The senior staff at CRC has over 25 years of experience and we welcome mentoring new graduates. All three disciplines are represented at CRC including PT, OT and SLP and we take a strong team approach to our patients requiring multiple disciplines. INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT AND COMMUNITY HABILITAION WORKER
We are currently seeking a part-time employee to work as an Individual Support and Community Habilitation Worker. This person will provide services to individuals with acquired brain injuries to maintain skills that will foster personal growth and independence while living in the community. Services are designed to develop, maintain, and/or maximize the client's independent functioning in self-care, physical and emotional growth, socialization, communication, and vocational skills.
Applicants must be responsible, work independently, have their own reliable transportation, have experience working with individuals with disabilities, and complete required documentation on a computer.
Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in health or human services field. COTAs, CTRSs, CNAs, Activity professionals or other healthcare professionals encouraged to apply.
