The occupational therapy staff at Community Rehab Care treat a wide variety of functional
impairments and disabilities that result from neurologic disease (such as stroke, brain injury,
multiple sclerosis, vestibular disease, anoxic brain injury), as well as post operational
orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders.
At Community Rehab Care licensed occupational therapists work directly with patients to provide skilled assessments, with an emphasis on restoring and enhancing performance and active healthy lifestyles. The occupational therapy programs place a strong emphasis on patient education to insure a proper understanding of his/her condition and the rationale for the recommended treatment plan. The patients receive customized occupational therapy services.
