The physical therapy staff at Community Rehab Care treats a wide variety of functional impairments and disabilities that result from neurologic disease (such as stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, vestibular disease, anoxic brain injury), as well as orthopedic, post surgical, musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries.
At Community Rehab Care, licensed physical therapists work directly with patients to provide skilled assessments, with an emphasis on restoring and enhancing physical performance and active healthy lifestyles. The physical therapists have access to athletic club facilities and equipment for exercise programs. The programs place a strong emphasis on patient education to insure a proper understanding of his/her condition and the rationale for the recommended treatment plan. Patients receive customized one-on-one physical therapy services.
